Our International X Mentor Program’s Latest Workshop: #IAmRemarkable

The Hungarian Business Leaders Forum’s award-winning initiative has been actively supporting women in leadership for six years now. The International X Mentor Program connects the next generation of female leaders with senior, international, and local decision-makers via a series of workshops to provide participants with personalized advice and valuable feedback.

During the latest #IAmRemarkable workshop, organized for the mentees of this year’s class in September, participants could learn about the latest research on self-promotion and preconceptions. They also received tips on how to improve their skills in order to feel more comfortable and confident when they would like to talk about their professional success.

The #IAmRemarkable global movement aims to enable everyone, including underrepresented people, to recognize and celebrate their professional and personal achievements, while questioning social prejudices regarding self-promotion. The interactive workshop combined group discussions and exercises to help participants feel more comfortable and confident when it comes to sharing their accomplishments with others.
